Because we engrave our products on demand, we do not accept returns / refunds. Once your order goes to production we've already made the cost of engraving. Obviously, if your engraving is wrong or broken we will send a free replacement. If you have a problem with your order, let us know and we'll fix it for you.

We know your wedding day has a date that cannot move. Once your order is placed, we process and ship within 2-4 business days. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your wedding day to ensure it arrives with time to spare. If you have a tight deadline, please select our express shipping option at checkout.
What if the engraving has a mistake or doesn't look right?

If the engraving arrives and it is not exactly right, we will remake it free of charge. No questions asked. Just send us a photo and we will take care of it. The only thing we ask is that you double check your message before ordering as we engrave exactly what you write.
Can I engrave my message in another language?

Absolutely. We engrave in any language and any characters — English, Spanish, French, Arabic, and more. Simply type your message exactly as you want it engraved and we'll make it happen. Your words, your language, her moment.
Can I order just the box without the necklace?

Yes. If you already have jewelry in mind or simply want the engraved box on its own, you can select the Box Only option directly in the product options. Several of our brides have used the box alone to present a handkerchief, perfume, or their own piece of jewelry inside.
How do I write my own message and what does the engraving look like?

After selecting your set, simply choose the Custom Message option and write your words in the text field. We engrave in an elegant script font, clean and permanent, directly into the walnut wood. We recommend keeping your message under 200 characters so every word is clear and readable on the box.
